Are you eligible for the 2009 AECT dividend?

Not sure if you should have received the AECT dividend? There are 3 conditions you need to meet.
They're about:

• being in the Trust District on the roll date (9 August 2009) AND
• paying Vector electricity lines charges as part of your power bill AND
• being the person named on the power bill
