What your Trust is doing to help

As the majority owner, we have an agreement with Vector that commits it to spend at least $10.5 million every year on undergrounding projects. So far, this has seen over 119 undergrounding projects completed, and 124 kilometres of power lines disappear from neighbourhoods all over Auckland, Manukau and northern Papakura.

Our agreement with Vector means the money it spends on undergrounding will increase every year, and undergrounding projects will continue until 97% of power lines in the Trust district are underground.
