Trust on Vector Board Resignations - 13 December 2006 |

The Auckland Energy Consumer Trust retains full confidence in the governance and leadership of Vector, Trust Chairman Warren Kyd said today.
Mr Kyd was commenting on the resignation this morning of independent Vector directors John Goulter, Greg Muir and Tony Gibbs.
“These resignations will not have any effect on Vector’s strategic direction,” he said.
“On behalf of the Trust, I would like to thank Messrs Goulter, Muir and Gibbs for their contribution to the company.
